Description
In the Risk Execution and Strategy team, you will be part of a User Acceptance Testing team supporting the ongoing execution and implementation of business-critical strategic initiatives. You will partner with technology groups, business partners, project analysts/managers, and external vendor resources to plan and execute testing. You may lead a team of testing professionals in the test planning and execution of multiple initiatives within time and cost constraints. Your role will involve defining strategies and approaches for User Acceptance, which is considered complex in nature with significant business impact. Responsibilities: - Support testing and implementation of business-critical strategies - Understand the intent of a business requirement - Formulate test approach, test plan, and detail dependencies and risks - Execute business scenarios in UAT environment - Collaborate with stakeholders for clarifying queries and sharing testing status - Manage testing activities and set sound testing methodologies - Develop goals and execute strategies within a function or department - Provide execution support for large, complex, technology-dependent programs and projects - Assess and revise test sequence and scope based on results or changes in product design - Assist in complex problem resolution and expand solutions across infrastructure, architecture, and business system strategies - Train team members as necessary - Drive innovation by leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI to enhance testing processes, automate test case generation, and improve efficiency - Implement LLM-based solutions to support business and technology objectives - Demonstrate experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) or generative AI Automation Activities: - Provide automation support and leadership for large, complex, technology-dependent programs and projects - Assess, create, and build automation tools for gaining efficiency or cost reduction - Maintain automation suite and scope based on changes in product design Additional Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or comparable experience - 6-8 years of experience in manual testing, formulating test plans and approach, test scenarios, and test scripts - Experience in JIRA process, Microsoft Office, Confluence, qTest tool, and Unix operating system - Familiarity with Agile and waterfall software development methodologies - Process-oriented, organized with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills - Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to prepare executive-level communications - Strong organizational and project management skills, able to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines - Collaborative with strong partnership-building skills - Intellectual curiosity with a proven ability to learn quickly - Strong understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Models Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with mainframe screens and business rules engines - Understanding of credit card lifecycle and cards transactions processing - Experience with risk processing - Automation development experience in Java, Selenium, VBA,
