Roles and Responsibilities: Team Handling ExperiencePrepares meeting agenda for the team meeting; Facilitates Team weekly huddle and team meetingApproves Time and Expense of the teamConducts annual review of team processesPrepares Business Update ReportsPrepares Monthly Resource Allocation ReportConnect with StakeholdersPeople ManagementPrepares Individual Scorecard of the team and conducts monthly discussionConducts coaching session and discussion with each team members for performance development. Provides report to HR and management about performance of the teamConducts mid-year and annual performance review of the teamClient ManagementHandles client feedbackHandles client communicationHandles limited MD support (Level 3 and up)
