Job Description

As a Risk and Compliance Specialist at Accenture, you will be aligned with the Risk and Compliance vertical to perform compliance reviews, publish reports, and provide closure guidance. Your role will involve designing and recommending effective controls to mitigate risks and assisting in the implementation of Sarbanes-Oxley controls for clients" financial processes. You will work as part of a team responsible for identifying risks and creating mitigation plans, ensuring compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. What would you do - Perform compliance reviews, publish reports, and provide closure guidance - Design and recommend effective controls to mitigate risks - Assist in implementing Sarbanes-Oxley controls for clients" financial processes - Work as part of a team to identify risks and create mitigation plans In this role, you are expected to: - Analyze and solve moderately complex problems - Create new solutions and adapt existing methods and procedures as needed - Understand the strategic direction set by senior management and align team goals accordingly - Interact with direct supervisors, peers, and management levels - Receive guidance when determining methods and procedures for new assignments - Manage small teams or work efforts within Accenture or at client sites - Be prepared to work in rotational shifts Qualifications: - BCom or Chartered Accountant - 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in Risk & Compliance About Accenture: Accenture is a global professional services company with expertise in digital, cloud, and security solutions.
