SummaryManage and perform Risk and Compliance (R&C) review activities and other ad hoc tasks for the organization.II.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day operations/work of the team.Provide oversight and direction to the team.oTimely start and completion of R&C reviews with expectation of quality of report, fieldwork and deliverables based on R&C parametersoTimely and accurately log assessment details on monitoring sites.oTimely review of all evidence for items to close, ensure continuous follow up, governance, partnering connects with Delivery and Transformation Operations (D&T) leadership and drive initiatives (within R&C charter) to minimize risk within delivery.Coach, mentor and develop team members. Assess employee performance, provide regular and helpful feedback, and training opportunitiesPerform ad hoc tasks that may be assigned from time to time (i.e., conduct of awareness sessions, on-demand reviews, client visit)DTPs control and governanceDealing with ASOC cases totally client facing and can lead these discussion E2EDelivery Excellence auditing key deliverables Quality, reporting, etc Gone thru RnC audits and understand the mechanism and can helpWorking on Mitigation actions, RCAs and get a client facing viewComplexityRequires identifying and assessing complex problems for area of responsibility. What are we looking for? III.
Qualifications:Education and ExperienceBachelors degree in accounting and auditing (or geography equivalent). Certified Internal Auditors (CIAs) / Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or CPAs / Master of Business Administration (MBAs) preferred. CL 7 - 12 to 15 years of experience in Internal audit of Outsourcing experience industry preferably in process management, Audit Lead and/or service delivery operations.CL 6 - 15 and above years of experience in Internal audit of Outsourcing experience industry preferably in process management, Audit Lead and/or service delivery operations. Roles and Responsibilities: In this role you are required to identify and assess complex problems for area(s) of responsibility The individual should create solutions in situations in which analysis requires in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives Requires involvement in setting strategic direction to establish near-term goals for area(s) of responsibility Interaction is with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, involving negotiating or influencing on significant matters Should have latitude in decision-making and determination of objectives and approaches to critical assignments Their decisions have a lasting impact on area of responsibility with the potential to impact areas outside of own responsibility Individual manages large teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
