We are currently seeking a skilled Rhodium Production Manager to lead and manage rhodium production operations in our Vasai facility.

Job Summary:

The Rhodium Production Manager will oversee the entire rhodium production process, ensuring that operations run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in metal production and management, with the ability to optimize production processes and maintain the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily rhodium production operations to meet production targets and maintain quality standards.
• Lead, train, and supervise the production team, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Develop and implement production schedules, optimize workflows, and allocate resources efficiently.
• Collaborate with R&D, quality assurance, and maintenance teams to improve production processes and product quality.
• Monitor raw material inventory and coordinate with procurement to ensure steady supply for uninterrupted production.
• Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports for management review.
• Identify production bottlenecks and implement solutions to reduce downtime and waste.
• Ensure all production activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and product consistency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Science (BSc/MSc), preferably in Chemistry, Metallurgy, Materials Science, or related fields.
• 5 to 6 years of experience in rhodium or precious metal production or a closely related manufacturing sector.
• Strong knowledge of rhodium production processes, metal properties, and quality control methods.
• Proven experience managing production teams and coordinating with cross-functional departments.
• In-depth understanding of health, safety, and environmental standards in metal manufacturing.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet production deadlines.
