Job Description

Role Overview: You will be leading the design, implementation, and optimization of employee rewards programs in alignment with business strategy. Your deep experience in total rewards and strong analytical mindset will be key in driving performance, engagement, and retention. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive employee rewards programs to drive performance, engagement, and retention. - Work closely with HR and business leaders to ensure reward programs are aligned with organizational goals. - Analyze compensation and benefits trends to recommend enhancements for maintaining market competitiveness. - Use data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of rewards programs, drive continuous improvement, and support decision-making. - Lead the rollout of new programs, ensuring employees understand the value and mechanics of rewards offerings. - Stay informed about compensation regulations and labor laws to ensure full compliance. - Partner with Finance to manage program budgets and monitor cost-effectiveness. - Conduct regular audits and reviews to evaluate efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with employee needs and business outcomes. - Provide subject matter expertise and support to HRBPs, managers, and employees on rewards-related inquiries. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in rewards, total rewards, or compensation roles. - Bachelors degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or a related field is preferred. - Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights. - Advanced Excel skills; experience with compensation tools and HRIS systems. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present complex information clearly and confidently to stakeholders. - Strong understanding of how rewards impact organizational performance, talent retention, and employee motivation. - Solid grasp of relevant labor laws and compensation regulations. - Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority.,
