The company is seeking a strategic and data-driven Rewards Partner to take charge of the design, implementation, and optimization of the employee rewards programs. The ideal candidate should possess substantial experience in total rewards, a strong analytical mindset, and a dedication to aligning compensation initiatives with the business strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive employee rewards programs that enhance performance, engagement, and retention. You will collaborate closely with HR and business leaders to ensure that the reward programs are in sync with the organizational objectives. By analyzing compensation and benefits trends, you will propose enhancements to maintain market competitiveness. Utilizing data and metrics, you will evaluate the effectiveness of rewards programs, drive continuous improvement, and provide support for decision-making processes. You will oversee the communication and change management aspects of new program rollouts, ensuring that employees grasp the value and mechanics of the offerings. Additionally, you will stay updated on compensation regulations and labor laws to ensure compliance. Collaboration with the Finance department will be essential for managing program budgets and monitoring cost-effectiveness. Regular audits and reviews will be conducted to assess efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with employee needs and business outcomes. You will offer subject matter expertise and guidance to HRBPs, managers, and employees on rewards-related matters. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in rewards, total rewards, or compensation roles. A Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or a related field is preferred. Strong analytical and quantitative skills are required, along with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights. Proficiency in Advanced Excel, experience with compensation tools, and HRIS systems are essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial for presenting complex information clearly and confidently to stakeholders. A solid understanding of how rewards impact organizational performance, talent retention, and employee motivation is necessary. Knowledge of relevant labor laws and compensation regulations is also important. The ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority is a key requirement for this role.,
