Role Overview:

The Revenue Planning Lead is responsible for developing and managing comprehensive revenue planning processes to support the organization’s strategic goals. This role involves creating and executing annual, quarterly, and monthly plans, identifying revenue opportunities, and collaborating closely with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will excel in analyzing complex business problems and drawing actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making.


Planning:

  • Develop and manage the annual operating plan, ensuring alignment with the overall strategic objectives of the organization.
  • Work on quarterly and monthly plans, incorporating changing business conditions and priorities.
  • Automate elements of the planning process for efficiency.


Revenue Opportunities:

  • Identify short-term and long-term revenue opportunities by analyzing business metrics, trends.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments to turn identified opportunities into actionable strategies.


Business Analysis and Insight Generation:

  • Conduct deep dives into various business problems, gathering and analyzing data to uncover insights and recommend solutions.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management to inform strategic decision-making and resource allocation.


Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, finance, sales, and operations, to ensure cohesive planning and execution of initiatives.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to achieve consensus and support for planning initiatives

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Develop KPIs and establish a framework for tracking performance against plans, reporting progress to senior leadership.
  • Utilize data visualization tools to create comprehensive dashboards and reports that facilitate informed decision-making.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or MBA from Tier 1 colleges.
  • 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, consulting or strategic planning.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable plans.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously, delivering high-quality results within deadlines.
