Job Description

You will be joining Curefit Healthcare Pvt Ltd, founded in 2016, as a Revenue Planning Lead within the Cult brand. Your main responsibility will be to develop and manage comprehensive revenue planning processes to support the strategic goals of the organization. This role requires a keen ability to analyze complex business problems and derive actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making. Your tasks will include creating and executing annual, quarterly, and monthly plans, identifying revenue opportunities, and collaborating closely with stakeholders across various departments. You will work on automating elements of the planning process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. As the Revenue Planning Lead, you will be tasked with identifying short-term and long-term revenue opportunities by analyzing business metrics and trends. It will be crucial to collaborate with key stakeholders to translate these opportunities into actionable strategies that align with the overall objectives of the organization. Your role will involve conducting in-depth analysis of various business issues, gathering and analyzing data to uncover insights, and presenting your findings and recommendations to senior management. This will inform strategic decision-making and resource allocation within the company. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, finance, sales, and operations, will be essential to ensure cohesive planning and execution of initiatives. Building strong relationships with stakeholders to gain consensus and support for planning initiatives will be a key aspect of your role. You will also be responsible for developing key performance indicators (KPIs) and establishing a framework for tracking performance against plans. Utilizing data visualization tools to create comprehensive dashboards and reports will facilitate informed decision-making at all levels of the organization. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelors degree or MBA from Tier 1 colleges, along with 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or strategic planning. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, excellent communication abilities, and proven project management skills are essential requirements to excel as the Revenue Planning Lead at Cult.,
