Job Title: Revenue Management Analyst – US Healthcare (RCM)
Company: Neolytix India Pvt. Ltd.Location: Gurugram, Sector 18 (Onsite)Department: Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)Role OverviewNeolytix is looking for a detail-oriented Revenue Management Analyst with a strong background in US Healthcare RCM. The role involves analyzing revenue data, identifying trends, and supporting the operations team in driving revenue performance and achieving collection targets.Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and track revenue collections from clients within the RCM process.
  • Work on strategies and action plans to meet monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
  • Compare and analyze collection and revenue reports to identify variances and insights.
  • Review and interpret revenue trends; highlight areas of improvement to management.
  • Conduct data reviews with supervisors to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Identify and document process flows to strengthen internal controls and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with RCM teams to resolve issues impacting revenue collection and reporting.
  • Prepare periodic reports and dashboards for leadership review.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to lead internal and client calls.
  • Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working on RCM tools or EHR systems (Athena, eClinicalWorks, Kareo, AdvancedMD, etc.).
  • Exposure to MIS or revenue reporting and trend analysis.
  • Strong sense of ownership, accuracy, and accountability.
