Confidence to communicate (written and presentation) with a professional and knowledgeable approach and manner to all levels, including Senior Management, shop floor as well as Customer and Supplier representatives. Team working ability and an attitude of collaboration, mentoring and flexibility. Desire and ability to train others on the skills of the function. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Education and Experience BE / BTech degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 10+ years’ experience. Working experience as a Mechanical Engineer for industrial rotating equipment and associated packaging (centrifugal pumps as per API 610). 3-5 years’ experience in a supervisory position managing a technical team of Designers/drafters with accountability of team key performance metrics (OTD, Quality, Efficiency).
