About the Role

ROI Minds is expanding its retention marketing team and looking for a highly skilled Retention Marketing Expert who can lead WhatsApp Marketing, Automation Flows, and Customer Lifecycle Management.

This role is perfect for someone who understands customer behavior deeply and knows how to convert, nurture, and retain customers using strategic WhatsApp automation and retention funnels. You’ll play a key role in enhancing customer engagement, reducing churn, and boosting repeat sales.

Key ResponsibilitiesWhatsApp Marketing & Automation

• Develop and execute high-performing WhatsApp marketing strategies for engagement and conversions.
• Build automated flows, drip sequences, and retention journeys using WhatsApp tools (Interakt, WATI, Zoko, Twilio, etc.).
• Set up end-to-end WhatsApp funnels for nurturing leads, onboarding customers, and reactivation campaigns.
• Manage WhatsApp broadcasts, product updates, and promotional communication effectively.

Retention & Lifecycle Marketing

• Design and manage retention campaigns for customer re-engagement, repeat purchases, and loyalty building.
• Segment users based on behavior, purchase patterns, and engagement levels.
• Optimize customer lifecycle touchpoints to maximize CLTV, AOV, and repeat order rate.
• Identify churn signals and implement proactive strategies to retain at-risk customers.

Data, Strategy & Optimization

• Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to achieve retention KPIs.
• Conduct A/B testing for messaging, flows, timing, and audience segments.
• Collaborate with sales, PPC, and creative teams to build cohesive retention strategies.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in WhatsApp automation and retention marketing (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of customer segmentation, behavioral triggers, and drip campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with platforms like Interakt, WATI, Zoko, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical mindset with understanding of data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft persuasive retention messages.
• Ability to take ownership, work independently, and handle end-to-end retention strategy.
