The ideal candidate is an expert media buyer with a proven track record in scaling profitable campaigns for e-commerce businesses. You’ll lead a team of talented marketers and creatives, ensuring exceptional campaign performance, client satisfaction, and continuous optimization. Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Facebook Ads specialists and creatives. Strategize, execute, and optimize high-performing paid social media campaigns for e-commerce and DTC brands. Develop and implement best practices for ad structure, creative strategy, audience targeting, and bidding strategies. Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance to identify growth opportunities. Work closely with the creative team to develop high-converting creatives, leveraging performance data and consumer insights. Maintain strong client relationships through regular performance updates and strategic recommendations. Continuously innovate and stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and competitive insights. Qualifications: Minimum 4+ years experience managing and scaling Facebook/Meta Ads with proven results, particularly in e-commerce. Expertise in media buying, advanced bidding strategies, and audience segmentation. Strong leadership and team management skills, capable of fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment. Exceptional analytical skills; proficiency with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other reporting tools. Experience with creative strategy and working with designers to produce high-performing ads. Proven track record of scaling accounts profitably with significant ad budgets.
