ROI Minds is looking for a talented Paid Media Specialist - PPC to manage and optimize paid media campaigns for our eCommerce clients. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with PPC, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Native Ads, and possesses a strategic mindset focused on maximizing ROI and delivering outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

• PPC Campaign Management: Launch, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Native Ads, and other platforms to drive traffic, conversions, and sales.
• Budget Monitoring: Track budgets and oversee search platform accounts, making adjustments to maximize ROI and reduce costs.
• Keyword & Audience Targeting: Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to enhance ad targeting and effectiveness.
• Copywriting: Write compelling, clear ad copy that aligns with client objectives and resonates with target audiences.
• Analytics & Reporting: Use Google Analytics to set up dashboards, monitor key metrics, and produce actionable reports for management.
• Strategy Development: Develop and implement paid search strategies, working closely with other team members to align with overall marketing objectives.
• Client & Vendor Communication: Maintain strong relationships with clients, provide campaign updates, and collaborate with vendors and PPC ad platforms.
• Risk Management: Implement measures to mitigate click fraud and optimize for maximum ad spend efficiency.
• Trend Adaptation: Stay updated on the latest trends in PPC and SEM, applying new techniques to optimize campaign performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
