Retention Marketing Expert

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Data Analysis

  • Track customer behavior (purchases, website activity, feedback).
  • Identify why customers stop buying and what motivates them to return.

2. Build Customer Journeys

  • Create automated flows such as:
  • Welcome series
  • Re-engagement campaigns
  • Win-back campaigns
  • Birthday/anniversary campaigns

3. Email & SMS Marketing

  • Plan and send targeted email/SMS campaigns.
  • Improve open rate, click-through rate, and repeat purchase rate.

4. Loyalty & Rewards Programs

  • Design loyalty points, referral programs, and exclusive membership benefits.
  • Encourage customers to buy again.

5. Personalization

  • Send offers based on:
  • Customer’s past purchases
  • Category interest
  • Cart abandonment
  • Browsing behavior

6. Improve Customer Experience

  • Reduce complaints and improve feedback.
  • Work with support, product, and sales teams to enhance customer satisfaction.

7. Reduce Churn

  • Identify early signs of customer dropout.
  • Create strategies to retain customers before they leave.

8. A/B Testing & Reporting

  • Test different subject lines, offers, messages.
