Role & Responsibilities
  • Lead daily store operations to meet sales targets and KPIs: drive conversion, average transaction value, and repeat visits.
  • Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing store team hire, train, schedule, and conduct performance reviews to sustain engagement and productivity.
  • Own inventory accuracy and stock availability: supervise replenishment, cycle counts, shrinkage controls, and coordinate with supply chain to minimise stock-outs.
  • Execute visual merchandising and in-store promotions to maximise product visibility and align with brand standards and seasonal campaigns.
  • Maintain store profitability and compliance: implement loss-prevention measures, control operating expenses, and support basic P&L tracking and reporting.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service: resolve escalations, collect feedback, and embed a culture of customer-first behaviours across the team.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
  • 3+ years of retail experience with at least 1 2 years in a supervisory or store-manager role; proven track record hitting sales targets.
  • Strong people-management skills: coaching, shift-planning, and performance management for frontline staff.
  • Practical experience with POS systems, basic MS-Excel reporting, and inventory-control processes.
  • Solid understanding of visual merchandising, store standards, and customer service best practices.
  • Good communication skills in English and local languages; ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
Preferred
  • Degree or diploma in Business, Retail Management, or related discipline.
  • Experience in consumer electronics, fashion, or technology-enabled retail environments.
  • Exposure to store-level P&L responsibility, KPI dashboards, or retail analytics tools (ERP/SAP/retail-analytics).
