Key Responsibilities Sales & Revenue Management Achieve and exceed daily & monthly sales targets Drive upselling and cross-selling (10ml 30ml 50ml) Monitor Average Bill Value (ABV) and conversion rates Lead by example on the shop floor during peak hours Store Operations Ensure smooth daily store opening & closing Maintain store hygiene, visual merchandising, and display standards Handle billing, cash & UPI reconciliation Coordinate stock movement and ensure zero pilferage Team Management Manage, train, and motivate store sales staff Conduct daily huddles and sales briefings Monitor staff attendance, performance, and discipline Assist in onboarding and training new hires Customer Experience Ensure premium customer interaction and service quality Handle customer complaints professionally Build repeat customers and local loyalty Reporting & Compliance Maintain daily sales & expense records Share end-of-day reports with management Coordinate with accounts for expense tracking Follow SOPs and brand guidelines strictly
