Job Description: Retail Store Manager Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail Store Manager to lead the end-to-end operations of our unit. This role requires a proactive individual with strong leadership skills, customer-centricity, and the ability to drive both operational efficiency and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership:
• Oversee and manage all aspects of daily operations, ensuring seamless coordination between the production, sales, and management teams.
• Customer Engagement:
• Regularly interact with customers on the floor to ensure a superior service experience.
• Address customer feedback promptly and effectively to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Team Training and Development:
• Impart training to the production and sales teams, equipping them with the skills and knowledge to perform at their best.
• Conduct ongoing performance assessments and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Sales and Revenue Management:
• Achieve sales targets across multiple channels, including B2C, B2B, and hyperlocal markets.
• Generate leads for corporate orders and contribute to business development initiatives.
• Recruitment and Staffing:
• Recruit, onboard, and retain a talented team for both production and sales functions.
• Build a motivated and efficient workforce aligned with the unit's operational goals.
• Profitability and Financial Oversight:
• Ensure the unit operates profitably by optimizing resources and controlling costs.
• Manage store petty cash responsibly and maintain accurate records.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Handle customer complaints and feedback with professionalism to build lasting relationships.
• Develop strategies to improve customer retention and acquisition.
• Business Growth:
• Collaborate with the team to create and execute plans for sales growth and market expansion.
• Identify and develop opportunities for partnerships and corporate collaborations.Qualifications and Skills:
• Proven experience in operational management, preferably in a retail, hospitality, or production setting.
