Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Store Manager located in Rohtak. The Retail Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, manage a team of employees, drive sales to meet revenue targets, and ensure excellent customer experiences. Responsibilities include monitoring inventory, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, addressing customer inquiries or concerns, and ensuring that the store meets visual merchandising standards. The manager will also train, motivate, and supervise staff to maintain optimal store performance.

Qualifications

• Proven abilities in Customer Satisfaction and providing excellent Customer Service
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members effectively
• Experience in Store Management, including team leadership and overseeing daily operations
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices and strategies
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
• Experience in fashion retail or a related industry is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
