Job Description

Key Responsibilities The role involves a mix of sales leadership, operational management, and strategic planning:  Sales and Revenue Growth: Driving sales across multiple retail locations within the assigned cluster to meet and exceed revenue targets. Operations Management: Monitoring end-to-end operations, managing inventory levels, ensuring proper product merchandising, and maintaining operational efficiency. Team Leadership: Hiring, training, mentoring, and motivating store managers and sales teams to deliver excellent customer service and achieve their individual goals. Market Strategy: Planning and executing local marketing initiatives and promotions for new product releases, and mapping competitor activities to develop effective response strategies. Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with local distributors, retailers, and sometimes regulatory bodies. Performance Analysis: Tracking sales data, key performance indicators (KPIs), and customer satisfaction metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
