Retail Showroom Manager

Spacewise, Chennai’s leading premium furniture and bespoke interior brand, is expanding—and we’re looking for a dynamic **Retail Store Manager** to lead our flagship experience centre.

About the Role

As our Retail Store Manager, you will be the face of Spacewise—driving sales, elevating brand experience, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the showroom.

You’ll work closely with our design and operations teams to deliver the signature Spacewise experience our clients trust.

Customer Experience & Sales

* Welcome walk-ins and guide premium clients through products, finishes, and design solutions

* Manage consultative sales conversations and close high-value orders

* Build long-term client relationships, ensure repeat business, and drive referrals

* Coordinate with design team for meetings, presentations, and design briefs

Store Operations

* Maintain showroom presentation, vignettes, visual merchandising and product readiness

* Oversee daily opening/closing procedures, inventory, and stock movement

* Plan and support product launches, campaigns, events, and showroom updates

Team & Performance

* Supervise sales staff, ensure training and performance targets

* Track retail KPIs: conversion, footfall effectiveness, client pipeline, sales reports

* Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards for management review

Administration & Coordination

* Handle billing, payment follow-ups, CRM updates, and client documentation

* Coordinate with factory/production for order updates

* Work with marketing for local promotions, WhatsApp outreach, and showroom communication

Who We’re Looking For

* 3–7 years of experience in **luxury retail, interiors, furniture, or lifestyle brands**

* Strong communication skills, polished presence, and customer-centric attitude

* Ability to manage high-value clients and long sales cycles

* Organised, reliable, tech-friendly (CRM, WhatsApp Business, basic Excel)

* Passionate about good design, contemporary styling, and premium spaces

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
