Retail Showroom Manager

As a Retail Showroom Manager at WORLD OF TITAN, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the retail showroom located at Railway Flyover Road, Near K.V Tex, Thirupapuliyur, Cuddalore-607002. Your role will involve: - Managing the retail showroom and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations - Developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth - Leading a team of retail sales staff and providing training and guidance - Maintaining inventory levels and ensuring products are displayed effectively - Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any customer queries or issues To excel in this role, you are required to have the following qualifications: - A Bachelor's degree or Diploma in a relevant field - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Retail Manager - Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development - Minimum of 4 years of experience in retail sales It is preferred that candidates applying for this position are male and have prior retail experience in Cuddalore. The job type is full-time and permanent, with benefits such as health insurance and provident fund included. The work schedule consists of day shifts and morning shifts, with additional bonuses based on performance.
