Retail Showroom Manager

1. Sales & Customer Service

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets of the showroom.
• Guide and support the sales team in closing deals and maximizing conversions.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and handle escalated customer issues professionally.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

2. Showroom Operations Management

• Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the showroom.
• Oversee stock availability, inventory accuracy, and timely replenishment of display items.
• Ensure the showroom is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing at all times.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely deliveries and installations.

3. Team Leadership & Staff Management

• Supervise, train, and motivate sales and support staff.
• Conduct daily briefings, assign targets, and monitor performance.
• Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate manpower coverage.
• Evaluate performance and recommend promotions, corrective actions, or training needs.

4. Visual Merchandising

• Maintain high standards of furniture displays as per brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with the VM team to update seasonal layouts, new arrivals, and promotional setups.
• Ensure all price tags, product information, and promotional materials are accurate and visible.

5. Reporting & Administration

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Monitor expenses and control operational costs.
• Handle cash management and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Maintain proper documentation related to sales, deliveries, customer orders, and staff attendance.

6. Customer Follow-ups & After-Sales Coordination

• Ensure timely follow-up on customer enquiries and pending orders.
• Coordinate with service, delivery, and installation teams for customer satisfaction.
• Resolve complaints and ensure quick service recovery.
