Job Description

Retail Sales Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities

Monitor sales metrics and prepare reports for leadership.
Build relationships with suppliers and vendors for sourcing and procurement.
Assist in budgeting, costing, and price management & sales.
Manage logistics and supply chain operations for timely replenishment.
Oversee inventory management, demand forecasting, and stock verification.
Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activity.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Qualifications

Experience in Retail Sales & Marketing
Strong understanding of Retail operations
Minimum 4 – 6 years of experience in retail merchandising within the garments/apparel industry.
Educational background in Fashion, Marketing, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
