Retail Sales Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and support

   season launches

   by ensuring timely availability of merchandise.

2. Allocate merchandise

   to stores based on store performance, capacity, and product demand.
3. Monitor

   weekly stock cover and fill levels

   , and take corrective actions to maintain optimal inventory.
4. Identify

   fast-moving and slow-moving styles

   and plan actions accordingly.
5. Handle

   IST (Inter-Store Transfer) planning and consolidation

   at the style level.
6. Coordinate with store teams to ensure the

   right merchandise placement

   as per store requirements.
7. Collaborate with the

   Operations team

   for smooth interdepartmental functioning.
8. Support stores in achieving their

   weekly and monthly sales targets

   through effective merchandise planning.
9. Prepare and analyze

   reports and dashboards

   , including Fill Rate Reports, Sell-through Reports, and other merchandising analytics.
