Retail Sales Merchandiser

As a Merchandising Associate, your role involves creating engaging merchandise displays to attract and retain customers. Your responsibilities include ensuring that shelves are stocked, products are accurately priced, and displays are well-maintained. You will analyze sales data to identify trends and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly. Collaboration with store staff to align product placement with customer preferences is crucial. Additionally, you will monitor inventory levels, report stock issues to management, support promotional activities, and product launches. Daily reports on sales metrics and store conditions will need to be submitted. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - 1+ years of experience in retail, merchandising, or sales - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively It is preferred if you have relevant experience in the field, however, it is not mandatory for this particular position. Please note that this job is part-time with expected hours ranging from 15 to 20 per week. Your work location will be in-person.,
