Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Recruiter, located in West Bengal, India. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent for various positions within the company. Daily tasks include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing job postings. Maintaining a strong candidate pipeline and ensuring a seamless recruitment process are also key responsibilities.

Qualifications

Experience with talent sourcing, recruitment, and interviewing
Knowledge of effective recruitment strategies and techniques
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Experience in retail or related industries is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
