Job Responsibilities

• Store Operations & Customer Experience

  : Oversee daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless experience in our Live Dry Cleaning Studio.

• Sales & Membership Growth

  : Drive upselling, cross-selling, and membership enrollments to boost revenue and customer loyalty.

• Inventory & Invoicing

  : Manage inventory levels, ensure accurate stock records, and handle invoicing processes efficiently.

• Local Marketing & Outreach

  : Conduct market visits, engage with local communities, and promote TLH services to expand our customer base.

• Performance Reporting

  : Track store performance, generate reports, and implement strategies to drive continuous improvement.

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience

  : 2+ years in retail sales or customer service;

  freshers with strong potential are welcome to apply

  .

• Skills

  : Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

• Attributes

  : Self-driven, proactive, and positive attitude with a passion for delivering results.

• Availability

  : Comfortable working Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 8 PM.
