Job Description

Key Responsibilities Retail Placement & Visibility: - Identify and onboard retail outlets between Dahisar and Andheri. - Ensure product placement and shelf visibility. - Coordinate for promotions and sampling. Distributor Network Expansion: - Appoint and manage distributors. - Ensure stock flow and issue resolution. Sales Execution & Reporting: - Meet monthly sales targets. - Maintain daily field reports. - Share feedback with the founding team. Market Intelligence: - Track competition and market trends. - Share insights for strategy refinement. Qualifications & Skills - 2–5 years of experience in food/snacking/FMCG sales. - Retail and distributor onboarding experience in Mumbai. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
