● Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
● Eagerness to learn content creation, project management, video, and digital marketing tools.
● Confident personality, willing to experiment and appear in front of the camera for digital content.
● Strong organizational skills and willingness to handle multiple assignments.
● Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced agency environment.
● Freshers are welcome; prior internships or campus project experience is a plus.
