About the job: Key Responsibilities: 1. Owning our internal social media strategy (Instagram + LinkedIn). 2. Drafting and executing weekly content calendars. 3. Writing captions, ideating posts, and coordinating edits (you won't be alone we have an in-house editor + creative team). 4. Editing reels for IG/YouTube Shorts. 5. Designing simple carousels and templates (Canva or InDesign/Figma welcome). 6. Research trends + industry content for new ideas. 7. Posting weekly progress updates and tracking performance. 8. Assisting with project admin: asset organization, email follow-ups, and sourcing collaborators. We're looking for Someone Who: 1. Has a genuine interest in storytelling, content, and digital branding. 2. Can work independently and return with solutions not just questions. 3. Don't ghost, disappear, or make excuses (we're building something real here). 4. Is organized, adheres to timelines, and communicates clearly. 5. Is curious about culture, design, branding, and digital media. 6. Is looking to grow into a full-time creative or strategist role. 7. Non-Negotiables. 8. Minimum 40 hrs/week (this is not a fluff internship). 9. Must be reachable during work hours (Slack + Loom check-ins expected). 10. Weekly accountability check-in every Friday. 11. You need to live in or be based in Mumbai (we meet 2x/week).
