Generate leads, make cold calls, and schedule meetings with C-level executives and decision-makers. 3. Pitch corporate training solutions effectively and persuasively to prospects. 4. Understand client requirements and offer tailored training programs. 5. Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve sales targets. 6. Maintain and update client databases, sales reports, and market insights. 7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of training programs. 8. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and market dynamics. Key Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2. 0-1 years of experience in business development, sales, or B2B marketing (corporate training industry preferred). 3. Strong research and lead generation skills. 4. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. 5. Proactive, result-oriented, and self-motivated mindset. 6. Ability to travel internationally based on performance.
