Retail Sales Executive

In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and driving sales in a retail environment. Your key responsibilities will include: - Welcoming and assisting customers in identifying their needs. - Explaining product features, specifications, and benefits effectively. - Maintaining in-depth knowledge of products and current promotions. - Handling billing and cash transactions accurately. - Achieving daily and monthly sales targets. - Ensuring proper product display and cleanliness of the store. - Building long-term relationships with customers for repeat business. - Handling customer queries, complaints, and feedback politely. - Coordinating with the store manager and inventory team for stock management. The qualifications required for this position are: - 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream. - Experience in retail, showroom, or in-store sales preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic computer knowledge (POS or billing software). - Presentable appearance and a positive attitude. - Strong customer service orientation.
