Retail Sales Associate

Role Overview: You will be responsible for greeting customers, providing excellent customer service, assisting customers in selecting products, creating estimates and quotations, updating customer records, following up on quotations, processing purchase orders, arranging delivery, alerting management of potential issues, assisting with inventory, helping with store opening and closing, handling communications with customers and vendors, checking stock register, preparing sales bills, maintaining approved quotation MIS, and preparing inquiry lists for the sales team. Key Responsibilities: - Greet customers and demonstrate excellent customer service skills. - Help customers select products, answer questions, and share product knowledge. - Create estimates & quotations based on measurements taken and update customer records. - Follow up on the quotations with the customers. - Process purchase orders and arrange delivery. - Alerts management of potential escalations and delays. - Assist with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise. - Help with the store opening and closing process. - Handle communications with customers and vendors for purchase processing. - Check Stock Register (Google Drive Excel Sheet). - Prepare Sales Bill. - Maintain Approved Quotation MIS and update in Drive. - Prepare an inquiry list and update the sales team. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a related field with a minimum of 3-5 years of work experience. - Proficiency with computers and bookkeeping software, strong typing skills. - Exceptional time management and verbal and written communication skills. - Professional manner and a strong ethical code. - Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive. - Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
