This role primarily focuses on managing internal data, maintaining records, handling inventory logistics, and supporting various departments with essential administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities 1. Data Management and Reporting: Perform high-volume, accurate data entry into company databases, spreadsheets, and management systems (e.g., sales figures, client records, inventory movements). Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for contracts, invoices, and compliance documentation. Generate and format routine reports (daily, weekly, monthly) on key operational metrics for management review. 2. Inventory and Logistics Support : Assist with stock management, including receiving, checking, and logging new inventory deliveries. Coordinate product transfers, track shipments, and prepare goods for outgoing delivery or dispatch. Conduct periodic physical stock checks and reconcile counts with system records. 3. Administrative and Operational Support: Process incoming and outgoing mail and handle external correspondence. Qualifications Required: 12th Pass Proven experience (typically 1+ year) in an administrative, clerical, or back-office role. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the entire MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook). Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Preferred: Familiarity with specific industry software (e.g., POS, CRM, or accounting tools like QuickBooks). Experience working in a fast-paced retail or corporate environment. Skills and Competencies High data entry speed. Strong written and verbal communication.
