Retail Operations Manager

The Retail Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the supply chain management, inventory management, team management, customer service, budget management, compliance, process improvement, and handling multiple stores in the Gems & Jewellery industry. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the jewelry sector and possess strong leadership skills. The Retail Operations Manager will work closely with the merchandising, retail, and eCommerce departments to ensure smooth operations across all stores. They will be expected to manage inventory effectively, lead a team of store employees, and provide excellent customer service. Additionally, the candidate should have experience in budget management, process improvement, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Key responsibilities of the Retail Operations Manager include optimizing inventory levels, implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, and ensuring all stores meet compliance standards. The candidate should have a proven track record of successfully managing multiple stores and driving sales growth in a retail environment. The Retail Operations Manager should have a Bachelor's degree in any field and relevant experience in the jewelry industry. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for this role. Experience in handling multiple stores and a background in jewelry are preferred. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule.
