Key responsibilities of the Retail Operations Manager include optimizing inventory levels, implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, and ensuring all stores meet compliance standards. The candidate should have a proven track record of successfully managing multiple stores and driving sales growth in a retail environment.
