Retail Operations Manager

As a Retail Operations Manager at DailyObjects, you will play a key role in leading and scaling our offline retail presence in Gurugram, Haryana. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring seamless store operations, inventory optimization, customer experience enhancement, and expansion planning. With a focus on operational efficiency, SOP implementation, and omnichannel integration, you will lead new store launches and work towards enhancing in-store engagement and profitability. Your duties will include defining and implementing standardized operating procedures for daily store management, inventory control, cash handling, security, and customer service protocols. You will be tasked with building and overseeing a high-performance retail team, implementing structured training programs, and ensuring adherence to brand philosophy and customer service standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for inventory and supply chain optimization, customer experience enhancement, omnichannel integration, performance analytics, store maintenance, compliance, and expansion planning. To excel in this role, you should have at least 10+ years of experience in retail operations, multi-store management, or premium/lifestyle brand retail. Strong leadership skills, expertise in inventory management, demand forecasting, and omnichannel retail strategies, as well as analytical mindset are essential. Hands-on experience with POS systems, ERP tools, and customer engagement platforms will be beneficial. Experience in high-growth startups, luxury brands, or premium retail environments is a plus.
