Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and onboard new retailers/distributors in the assigned region.
Promote and sell wire and cable products to existing and potential retail partners.
Regularly visit retail counters to maintain strong relationships and ensure product availability.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Execute marketing activities like product promotions, schemes, and campaigns at the retail level.
Conduct product training and demonstrations to retailers and their staff.
Track competitor activities and provide regular market feedback.
Maintain up-to-date records of sales, orders, customer interactions, and complaints.
Ensure timely collection of payments from retailers.

Compensation:
