Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Executive to drive the sales of our online courses across various platforms. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying customer needs, promoting course offerings, and converting leads into sales through effective communication and digital selling strategies. Key Responsibilities:Promote and sell online courses through digital channels (website, social media, email, chat, marketplaces). Engage with prospective customers via calls, chats, emails, or in-person (if applicable) to understand their learning needs and recommend suitable courses. Generate leads through outreach, campaigns, and follow-ups using CRM tools. Maintain deep knowledge of course offerings, certifications, pricing, and promotions. Assist in managing listings on third-party platforms (Amazon, Udemy, etc.) and ensure content accuracy. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Gather customer feedback and relay insights to the marketing and product teams. Support with creating basic sales materials like product pitches or course comparison charts. Assist customers through the enrollment process and provide post-sale support if needed. Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred, not mandatory). 1+ year experience in retail sales, telesales, or edtech sales (preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in CRM tools, email, and basic digital marketing concepts. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and in teams. Passion for education and technology is a plus. Preferred Skills:Knowledge of e-learning platforms like Udemy, Coursera, Teachable, etc. Experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM. Multilingual abilities for regional customer outreach.
