With an expanding retail presence and a passion for innovation, we are building a strong retail ecosystem across urban and semi-urban markets.

Role Summary:

To drive the growth and expansion of NUTRICA Houses presence across General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT) and Retail Chain outlets by developing robust distribution channels, scaling retail partnerships and strengthening our retail visibility and availability footprint. Were seeking an experienced and driven Retail Chain Development Manager with a strong FMCG background and solid B-school credentials. The ideal candidate will lead our retail expansion, channel distribution and retail chain partnerships across multiple territories, driving visibility, availability, and market penetration.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Retail & Channel Development -

# Expand NUTRICA Houses footprint across GT (General Trade), MT (Modern Trade) and alternate retail formats.

2. Distribution & GTM Execution -

# Lead GTM (Go-To-Market) planning for new product launches and region-specific initiatives.

3. Key Account Management

# Own the Joint Business Planning (JBP), pricing, promotions and category development with key accounts.

4. Performance Tracking -

# Lead retail audits and ensure high execution hygiene (planograms, visibility, stock rotation).

5. Market Intelligence & Strategy -

# Provide leadership with real-time insights and expansion proposals backed by data.

Preferred candidate profile:

# Education: MBA/PGDM from a reputed B-School (Tier 1 or Tier 2).

# Experience: 7-12 years of experience in FMCG Sales, Channel Distribution & development roles, Retail Expansion or Key Account Management.

# Industry Exposure: Strong preference for candidates from top-tier FMCG companies or health & nutrition sectors.

Expertise:

# Deep exposure to retail chain management, distributor handling and secondary sales tracking.

# Experience in launching or scaling up new geographies or formats.

# Strategic thinking with execution excellence.

# Comfort working with data, CRM tools and sales automation platforms.

# Ability to work in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment
