Job Summary:

Retail Concept Designer

Key Responsibilities:

•                    Lead the end-to-end design and develop compelling retail concepts from ideation to execution.

•                    Work closely with marketing, merchandising, visual display, architectural and operations teams to align design direction.

•                    Drive design direction for new store formats and flagship experiences.

•                    Ensure designs align with brand guidelines, customer needs, and commercial goals.

•                    Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.

•                    Manage project timelines, budgets, vendor coordination and should be able to drive and oversee the team operations of the deliveries.

•                    Conduct site visits and collaborate with vendors and fabricators to ensure design integrity through production and implementation.

•                    Stay ahead of global retail and consumer trends to infuse new ideas into projects.

Qualifications & Experience:

•                    Bachelor’s or master’s degree in interior design, Spatial Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.

•                    Minimum 5 years of proven experience designing retail spaces, experiential environments, or branded installations.

•                    Strong portfolio showcasing concept development, spatial planning, and design thinking in retail or experiential domains.

Skills & Attributes:

•                    Excellent visualization and presentation skills (hand sketching, 3D software, Adobe Suite).

•                    Deep understanding of materials, finishes, lighting, and fixtures used in retail environments.

•                    Excellent communication, great leadership skills, project management skills.

•                    Must have handled the team in the past.

•                    Attention to detail combined with the ability to see the big picture.

•                    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving environment.
