We are excited to invite dynamic sales professionals to our MEGA Interview Drive in Guwahati for the position of Retail Sales / Channel Sales.

Position Details:

Role: Retail & Channel Sales (Junior to Senior Level)

Vacancies: Multiple positions available

Location: All across North Eastern States

Experience Required: 4 to 15 years in the Plumbing Industry

Industry Preference: Pipes & Fittings, Sanitaryware, Adhesives, Paint and Building material industries.

Interview Drive Schedule:

Date: 18th - 20th November 2025

Time: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Venue: To be shared with shortlisted candidates

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve sales targets through retail and channel partner networks

Develop and manage relationships with distributors, dealers, influencers, and retail partners.

Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper placement in retail outlets

Execute trade promotions, in-store campaigns, and offers

Train retail and channel partner staff on product knowledge and sales strategies

Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely stock replenishment

Collect and analyze market data, customer feedback, and competitor insights

Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports

Conduct marketing activities to generate secondary sales

Support product launches and coordinate with marketing teams

Expand channel partner network and enhance sales efficiency

Conduct market development and competitor analysis
