As a Resume Optimization & HR Specialist at our company, you will play a crucial role in helping candidates across various industries showcase their experience effectively to both humans and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Here's what you will be responsible for: - Reviewing and auditing resumes to enhance structure, clarity, and impact. - Enhancing resume bullets with strong action verbs, metrics, and STAR/CAR-style storytelling. - Aligning resumes with job descriptions through skills, keyword, and competency mapping. - Optimizing resumes for ATS compatibility in terms of format, sections, keywords, and layout. - Developing ATS-friendly resume templates tailored to different roles and industries. - Creating keyword libraries and checklists for common roles such as Frontend Developer, Data Analyst, Product Manager, and Finance roles. - Translating job descriptions into skill maps and providing candidates with specific improvement suggestions. To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications: - 6-10 years of experience in resume writing, HR/recruitment, career services, or ATS-driven hiring. - In-depth knowledge of job-market trends and role expectations across various sectors. - Proven ability to transform vague experiences into impactful resume bullets. - Proficiency in using scoring rubrics, templates, and repeatable frameworks. - Familiarity with ATS/resume tools like ResyMatch, Jobscan, or similar platforms is advantageous. - Previous experience as a recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or career coach is a bonus. - Fluency in the English language both written and verbal. - Ability to showcase previous work samples.
