Job Description

We are hiring a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor for our Jaipur outlet. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in restaurant or hospitality management. Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth coordination between service and kitchen teams, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, handling guest feedback professionally, managing inventory and procurement, supervising staff performance, preparing shift rosters, and ensuring compliance with food safety norms. The role demands excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with working knowledge of POS systems and basic computer applications. The candidate must be proactive, customer-focused, and flexible to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
