Restaurant Supervisor

As a Cafe Manager/Assistant Manager/Executive in the F&B operations department at a hotel or restaurant in North India, your role will involve managing and overseeing daily food and beverage operations. Your responsibilities will include ensuring timely food preparation, serving, and cleanliness to provide a seamless experience for guests. Additionally, you will be in charge of purchasing, inventory management, accounting, and people management to meet business goals according to company standards. Key Responsibilities: - Understanding the hospitality/hotel/restaurant/QSR industry - Coordinating daily F&B operations for efficiency and productivity - Delivering superior food and beverage service, promptly addressing customer complaints, and maximizing satisfaction - Managing front and back of the house restaurant operations, scheduling work shifts, and ensuring compliance with sanitation and safety regulations - Reviewing product quality regularly and sourcing new F&B vendors - Projecting future needs for F&B goods, kitchen utensils, and cleaning products to facilitate smooth operations - Optimizing operational costs, identifying waste reduction measures, and preparing detailed reports on revenues and expenses - Promoting the brand in the local community through promotions and events to reach a broader audience - Training new and current employees on proper customer service practices - Ensuring timely repairs, maintenance, deep cleaning, and stock keeping - Managing inventory, stock, storage, etc. Qualifications: - Hospitality graduate/post-graduate or diploma in hospitality - Minimum 2 years of experience in a hotel, hostel, guest house, restaurant, cafes, QSR, etc. - Extensive operational knowledge of F&B operations - Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills - Flexible to relocate anywhere in northern India - High attention to detail,
