Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations (dining, reservations, service, and guest relations).
  • Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure food and beverage quality, hygiene, and safety standards are consistently met.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and smooth food service.
  • Monitor inventory, manage ordering of supplies, and control wastage.
  • Track sales, prepare reports, and assist in budgeting and forecasting.
  • Plan and execute promotions, events, or special menus to increase revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
  • Motivate and mentor staff, building a positive team culture.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
