Job Title: Shift Manager & Assistant manager – QSR  Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and operations-driven Shift Manager to lead day-to-day store operations during assigned shifts. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a customer-first attitude, and hands-on experience in running a fast-paced food service outlet. You will be responsible for managing teams, ensuring operational efficiency, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.  Key Responsibilities • Oversee all aspects of outlet operations during your shift, ensuring smooth functioning. • Monitor food preparation, service time, and customer flow. • Ensure adherence to company SOPs for quality, safety, hygiene, and customer service. • Conduct opening and closing duties efficiently. • Lead, train, and supervise front-line team members including kitchen and service staff. • Assign duties, track attendance, and manage break schedules. • Motivate the team to achieve daily targets and service standards. • Handle customer queries, feedback, or complaints promptly and professionally. • Ensure high standards of hospitality and cleanliness at the outlet. • Monitor stock usage, report shortages, and assist in inventory control. • Ensure accurate billing and handle end-of-shift cash reconciliation. • Prevent wastage and pilferage through proper checks and controls. • Ensure strict implementation of hygiene, food safety, and fire safety standards. • Maintain proper documentation and readiness for internal/external audits. Candidate Requirements • Experience: 2-4 years in QSR/Retail/Hospitality with minimum 1 year in a supervisory role
