Restaurant Manager

As a vibrant and customer-focused restaurant, we are looking for an experienced, proactive, and dynamic Restaurant Manager to join our team and ensure the smooth daily operations while driving sales and customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Operational Management:** - Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service delivery. - Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety. - Coordinate FOH and BOH operations for productivity. - Schedule, train, and manage staff for consistent service. - Conduct inventory checks, order supplies, and manage stock levels. - **Sales & Business Development:** - Develop sales strategies and promotional activities with the GM/Marketing team. - Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to meet targets. - Analyze guest feedback and sales trends for growth opportunities. - Participate in developing local marketing strategies. - **Customer Relations:** - Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and professionally. - Build strong relationships with repeat customers. - Gather feedback to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. - **Team Leadership & Development:** - Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team. - Provide training and development opportunities. - Foster a positive work environment and ensure high morale. - Monitor employee performance and conduct evaluations. - **Financial Management:** - Manage budgets and ensure expenses are within targets. - Control labor costs and optimize food and beverage costs. - Review sales reports and implement cost-saving initiatives. - **Compliance & Safety:** - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards. - Perform regular safety checks for a safe environment. - Maintain proper documentation for licensing and permits. **Requirements:** - Minimum 5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager. - Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. - Track record of driving sales growth and exceptional customer service. - Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and problem-solving skills. - Deep understanding of restaurant operations and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. **Preferred Skills:** - Experience with POS systems and restaurant management software. - Previous high-volume restaurant setting experience. - Ability to communicate in additional language(s). - Knowledge of local and regional food trends.
