Job Description

A Restaurant Manager oversees a restaurant's daily operations, staff, inventory, and budgets to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing staff through hiring, training, and scheduling; maintaining high standards for food quality, safety, and hygiene; handling customer issues and feedback; managing inventory and supplier relationships; controlling costs; and driving sales and profitability.   • Staff Management:Recruiting, interviewing, training, and scheduling staff for both front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
  • Operations Oversight:Supervising daily restaurant activities, opening and closing the establishment, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.
  • Customer Service:Providing excellent customer service, soliciting feedback, resolving complaints, and building rapport with patrons.
  • Inventory & Budget Management:Monitoring inventory levels, ordering supplies, managing supplier relationships, and tracking expenses to maintain budgets and control costs.
  • Compliance:Ensuring the restaurant adheres to all health, safety, food hygiene, and labor regulations.
  • Financial Management:Tracking sales, monitoring budgets, and implementing strategies to reduce waste, improve profitability, and increase revenue.
  • Quality Assurance:Maintaining high food quality and consistent service delivery standards.
